*Renter has to be present when scooter or ebike are delivered.

*If you need instructions, we can demonstrate how to operate your scooter and ebike rental upon arrival

*We do not provide seating for our scooters but if you have your own a recommended Hiboy S2 seating is ok to attached and use.

*A charger will be issued for rental that is 2 days or more 

*Protective gear is recommended. (Every electric scooter or ebike rental, a helmet will be provided unless you have your own)

*You must be 18 to book a rental. If 16yrs of age a parent or legal guardian must fill out registration form and sign on your behalf. WAIVER 

*We recommend using the required bike lane or sidewalk for your ride if possible. Watch for pedestrian, and ride the recommended speed limit

*Experience rider is always recommended when riding an electric scooter or ebike

*Please have a valid driver's license on hand upon delivery

*No more than one person may ride on ebike or scooter when in use

*If a problem arises with your rental inform us right away. Please do not attempt to work on ebike or scooter.  

Be aware of your surroundings- Keep an eye out for obstacles, such as potholes or debris, and be aware of other riders and motorists to avoid any accidents.
